Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Ready to Ship orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, or earlier depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Express Delivery
Need it sooner? We offer express delivery at an additional cost, only on a few available pieces. Please email us at team.backupstudio@gmail.com before placing your order to check wether it can be arranged.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
A nominal fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be mentioned at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available with 10% Partial Payment for all orders. Please note, once the order is shipped, the delivery executive tries to deliver the order 3 times. If the order is not delivered due to unavailability or any customer induced reasons, partial payment done in non-refundable.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to dispatch and deliver on time, occasional delays can happen due to production constraints or external courier factors.
